Corrections

We’d rather be corrected than be wrong. If you think we’ve made a factual error — a fibre composition, a price, a detail about how a garment is made — tell us and we’ll check it. Where a correction changes a score, we update it and note the date, rather than quietly editing. And if you’ve actually owned a piece we’ve scored and it wore differently than we expected, we’d like to know that too — first-hand experience is something research can’t replace.

If there’s a piece you’d like us to review, let us know. We can’t cover everything, but reader requests genuinely shape what we score next.

For brands

Brands and retailers are welcome to get in touch — to correct a factual detail, or to tell us about a piece. But to be clear about how we work: we don’t accept payment, gifts, or sponsorship in exchange for a review or a score. Getting in touch won’t move a Make Score or soften a Value Verdict. That independence is the whole reason our ratings mean anything, and it isn’t for sale.
